▶ This System which uses air as the working fluid is intended for the study of Heat Transfer Phenomena associated with flow past cylindrical elements arranged either in lsolation or in banks of various configurations.

▶ Two eletrically heated tubes of different diameters are provided for determination of change of Heat Transfer Coefficient with Reynolds Number for tubes either in lsolation, or at different positions within the tube bundle.
